Dr. Yen is a great doctor. He spent a lot of time with me and explained in very simple terms the causes of my problem. The nurse Ms. Lopez who works with the doctor Is very attentive and professional. Today I had my first appointment w/ dr . Yen, but from now on I’m sure that I am in good hands.

Dr Yen is usually punctual, spends a lot of time with me, is tolerant of my hypochondriac nature and excessive use of googling medical maladies, and is open-minded. I feel comfortable going to him as an LGBT member. He’s thorough and knowledgeable.

Not good go to a doctor outside of mount Sinai . They are overbooked and won’t give you the attention you need

Always have to wait for Hours to be seen! Last year waited 3 hours for a 10 mins visit! This yeat waited 2 hours despite the fact the patient before me did not even show up! Unacceptable! Doctor may be the best (not sure what his skills actually are) but if one has to spend half a day waiting, it's not worth it! Especially for recurring visits!!
