Dr. Tenenbaum has taken care of my family for over 30 years. He is a great doctor and a better human being. My mother is alive today because of Dr. Tenenbaum. He diagnosed a fatal heart disease and she needed open heart surgery. Thank God she came thru with flying colors. If you need a primary physician, he's the one.

I do not feel that Dr. Tenenbaum and his office staff had my best interest at heart. I needed to be referred to a specialist and Dr. Tenenbaum seemed to not want to see me as a patient in order to make the referral although I have been a patient of Dr Tenenbaum in the past. Dr. Tenenbaum and his office staff were very dismissive and unhelpful. This is not what I expect from my primary care doctor. I am very disheartened by this experience. I called to make an appointment and go through all the proper steps I needed to in order have my ada disability accounted for. I hadn’t addressed my disability in years, so I knew I had to reestablish care. Step one was to see my primary doctor to get a referral or at least have blood work to establish the need for the referral. Dr. Tenenbaum seemed to not care nor want to help me. Maybe he was busy but he could have handled my inquiry better. I was polite but eager to do whatever was needed, I felt that his staff made a lot of assumptions as if I was attempting to bypass steps or make something up, when in fact I was attempting to follow any steps necessary towards addressing my health concern. The staff was rude and told me “we don’t just have other doctor’s records,” which was something I was aware of and I was asking questions in regards to initiating the release of previous medical records. I was spoken to with rudeness and I’m just overall shocked by my experience. I’m sure not everyone has this experience, but this was mine and thought it fair to share. I would find an office that shows more compassion and willingness to address concerns.
