Dr. Victor Masi

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Masi for many years. He and his staff are always caring and accommodating. Anytime we are in the waiting room, all of the other patients seem to feel the same way and agree that the wait is worth the outcome. Unlike many doctors we have seen in the past, Dr. Masi actually takes the time to listen and really get to the root of the problem...not just throw prescriptions on a pad and send you on your way. His bedside manner is top notch!!! We trust him and highly recommend him to everyone who is not happy with their current doc. Both our parents started using Masi as well, because we could not stop raving about him. They are all very happy and comfortable with him, and believe it or not, look forward to seeing him when it's time for their appointment. He has all of the right contacts with specialists in many different hospitals and was able to expedite tests and treatments when it really counted. Highly recommend Dr. Victor Masi!

Dr. Masi and his team are awesome. I noted that someone said they waited for 90 mins. If that is true, Dr. Masi is well worth the wait. He is the absolute best! I had a medical issue which I was dealing with for years. I had resigned to get surgery. One visit, and my issue was resolved without the thought of surgery. Somethings are well worth the wait. Although, I have never had to wait more 5 mins.,

Great doctor, people are kind. However, the wait time is outrageous. Waited for 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor. Makes the appointment seem arbitrary, not that it is, just the feeling.

Waited nearly two hours, then waited some more in the back office, after 3 hours I had to attend another appointment elsewhere. As I was leaving, Dr. came only to chat for a couple of mins, told me he’d give me a referral elsewhere and would call me about my results. It’s been two weeks. I tried to pick up my medication and the pharmacist said that he is still waiting on approval from the Dr. called his office and his front desk person basically told me it’s not their issue because they did what they needed to on their in. Still have not gotten the medication from the pharmacy, still have not heard from the doctor. They’ve processed my insurance, though!

My score is for the woman at the front desk. I waited over 5 months to receive basic blood work. I called 4 times, each time she told me they're busy and to call back. I begged her to mail it; she never did. I finally went in, and she said she was too busy (there was nobody there), refused to let me speak to anyone else, and then said "WELL WHY DO YOU NEED IT?". Excuse me? Finally a nurse dismissed her, pulled my chart, and gave it to me.
