Dr. Todd Mcniff

Very friendly front desk staff scheduled an appointment for me with Dr Todd for the same week. I could have seen a PA that same day. But as this was a routine exam the timing for Dr Todd was more than fine. My other service providers are usually booked three months out so I was very happy. Dr Todd spent about 30 minutes with me asking questions and really listening. During the exam it was determined I needed a medical procedure and he was able to tap into his resources and get me an immediate appointment with one of the top gastroenterologists. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

I recently saw Dr. McNiff, and while I was there I experienced a panic attack (it was a combination of having just gotten three vaccines at an outside clinic and new meds from a psychiatrist). I ended up collapsing as I left the office, and next thing I knew Dr. McNiff was helping me up. He expertly got me on an IV right away, and in a matter of 30 minutes I was feeling completely better. He took good care of me, always does. If you can't say you have the best doctor in the world, that means you don't have the right doctor. I can say with no reservations whatsoever that I have the best doctor in the world.

Wow. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. It feels like going back in time and getting to really sit down and talk to doctors that care and are knowledgeable. First the front desk staff is always helpful and always trying to find the earliest time for me to see the doctor. I have seen 3 or the 4 doctors that work there and each one is incredible. I cant decide my favorite. And they all take the time to sit down with my, go through my issues and help me as best as possible. I feel really lucky having found this practice. I cant say enough great things about it! Thanks Todd and staff!

My boyfriend and I scheduled appointments to see Dr McNiff for the first time, we were looking to establish primary care with them. We called to schedule the appointments three weeks in advance and were able to schedule time. The week of, we received confirmation messages which we both confirmed. The night before, however, my girlfriend received a text message asking her to suddenly switch because of a scheduling mistake. This is extremely unprofessional and it was compounded by the individual at their office who pretended to have connection issues with their phone. In the end of the day if doctors jobs are to help people, the lack of care and respect for us as human beings makes me not trust my health in their hands.
