Doctor is great and thorough. The wait times are horrible, hours. I was the only one in the office and didn’t get seen for over an hour. They told me they were trying to figure out insurance but they never told me that. I just sat there waiting with no idea what was going on. The front staff seems easily confused and they charged me $500 more than they were supposed to, claiming it was my deductible which they didn’t send to the insurance. My deductible had already been satisfied. They didn’t even acknowledge it. I had to call them to get the money back.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Drive from NJ after having the appointment for 2 weeks and sending a pic of my insurance. Once there, they tell me to sit down and after 40 min of waiting for my turn, they tell me they can’t take me because I’m out of network. I showed them my insurance from NJ 2 weeks prior and they confirmed my appointment. I paid the tunnel, missed work, and paid parking. Also, they didn’t ask for vaccine information and their staff is extremely unprofessional. They only have one doctor so even with appointment, you’d have yo wait a long time. 0/5 stars would not recommend, would not come again.

The doctor is very nice and warm, but his receptionist is different especially the one that's across from the restroom. Her attitude is so rude. I had to get my colonoscopy result. My appointment was at 3:30pm and I had been waiting until 4:20pm. Then I went to ask how much longer I had to wait for, and she said I had to wait at least 30 minutes more. However, there were 3 more people waiting in front of me to see the doctor. I could not wait any longer and just left. What kind of service is this??
