the worst office staff ever...incompetent doesn't even cover it......they did not return our calls when we had pertinent questions regarding the planned surgery,,,, we called a total of 10 times and still had no resolution....the surgeon my be talented but his staff are useless...we will cancel our surgery as a result. We are a family of medical professionals and know the warning signs of an office in chaos.......
