Very attentive, and thorough. The office is run optimally, but Dr. Mastakouris more than makes up for it.

Dr. Mastakouris is the best. He is very busy for a reason. He listens, cares about his patients, and is super confident answering questions I have had. My boyfriend‘s family has been seeing him for years and I am very lucky to have him as my doctor now. Couldn’t recommend more.

There is no doubt that Dr. M. is a great doctor, but his office staff have always been terrible and the wait to see him can sometimes take up to 3 hours. One of the last times I went there he was so busy that he seemed frazzled, impatient and just rushed me out of the office. I never experienced him like this. He also NEVER called me with my test results and calling the office to get them was a nightmare. I ended up switching providers because of this last time. Other family members of mine also have him as a doctor and have said the same thing. It seems like the quality care he wants to give has turned into quantity. He needs a major revamp with his office staff and policies. I feel like they book too many patients in one day and it’s overwhelming for him. His office staff is also extremely unorganized, and not to mention rude. Don’t even bother calling for any results or to speak to the Dr. They will give you an attitude and put you on hold until it disconnects. If you’re willing to put up with all this then this is the place for you. Took me almost 15 years to finally leave and find another provider. I hope since the time I’ve left things have gotten better for him. I wish him luck.

Dr. M is the best! Very caring and listens to his patients but his front desk staff is HORRIBLE. I can’t ever get anyone in the phone. I’ve been on hold for 30min and counting since I’m still on hold. Someone picked up and didn’t realize and was having a whole conversation with another staff member!!! I truly hope Dr. M finds a better team to match his wonderful care!!

The front desk staff are disgusting. They are racist and will not help Spanish speaking staff. They dodge calls and treat you like you are there to bother them. Will never go back. Avoid this practice at all cost.
