The worst experience of my life. I had an appointment at 1 for medical paperwork for school and didn’t leave until 4. They took out almost 8 tubes of my blood just for me to get a call when I get home to forget the 1 test they had to do. I come back the next morning for 4 more tubes of blood. Then a week later to pick up my results (in the waiting room for an two hours), turns out that they never tested me for TB! The literal thing they made m come back for. Now I get two more tubes of blood taken out (both of my arms have bruises) and have to come back a week later. I come to the office and am asked to pay my copay even though I had already done it. The man at the front desk was so rude, asking me the situation then interrupting me when I was speaking just for him to shut me up and tell me it’s fine and to leave? So disorganized, I’m never coming back here. The nurses are sweet and overworked but the man and one of the doctors is so rude.

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR PCP!!! I wait an average of 1 1/2 hrs just to get my vitals taken and another hour to be seen by the doctor for 5 minutes! They blame everything on weight it’s so annoying. The people at the front desk have terrible customer service attitudes. I’m changing my PCP immediately never returning.

Waiting 20 minutes to make an appointment by phone. The wait to see the doctor is ridiculous 3 hours to just be seen for 5 min. This place needs better management

Hours of waiting while they call your insurance carrier over mishaps on their end with An ongoing situation that should’ve been taken care of prior to the appointment. Receptionist allows patients with later appointments to be seen before me on every single occasion. I waited an hour to be told she was on hold with my insurance for 20 minutes. I offered to call and was spoken to within 5 minutes. The receptionist lied. Switched to WestMed and now I have a less than 5 minute wait on every occasion.
