If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived the receptionist stated that the doctor was not in. I never received a call to reschedule the appointment. (And let’s not mention when I entered the office, I was not greeted.) when the receptionist tried to reschedule my appointment, she said they didn’t have my number and that’s why they didn’t call. However, I saw my name and phone number in the schedule book. Why lie? I can’t speak on the doctor himself, but his office is unprofessional. I will not be going back.

They were having phone issues but WHY is the doctor running around plugging in phones and on the phone with Verizon while patients wait.. and wait? It took us 3 hours, we were out at 1 pm from a routine 10:30 appointment. Ridiculous!!! He had a lot of staff on hand, THEY should have handled the phone issues and the Dr should have kept seeing patients that were already in the office, on time. Crazy
