Doctor Syed is very good, a nice person and very educated, thanks for everything, the staff treated me good

this entire office is terrible. the front desk staff are rude and crass for absolutely no reason and wont take you seriously unless you reflect their negative energy. the “doctor” i saw initially, who turned out to be the physician’s assistant, googled the “diagnosis” he gave me and proceeded to show me the google answer. oh, and he did so with the door open where other patients could hear my personal information. he then prescribed me something without even telling me what it was or does. then, in the last 3 minutes, the actual doctor came in, and though he was kind, he didn’t touch me once, no ear/throat/nose/stethoscope exam like a regular PCP doctor would conduct. he guessed what my diagnosis was from the random tidbits his PA recalled, and ended up laughing at me while i was crying due to the stress of my sickness. finally, the office was a complete mess. hire a cleaner. i would give 0 stars if i could. do not trust your family with this man or his staff. this is a bogus clinic that’s only trying to book as many appointments as possible per day to bring in money. greedy and useless.

The receptionist turned me away once I said I have a fever 🤦🏽‍♂️ she told me “go to agent care”… terrible service

Horrible experience . The female doctor at the office , who did not give me her name talked about my prescription in front of another patient . Dr.Hassan backed her up instead of hearing me out . So unprofessional! The front desk lady that sits in the middle lacks professionalism along with Dr.Hassan and the other female doctor . Stay away . I see why their reviews are so poor

This office is about making money at a fast pace. The staff there are very rude and disrespectful to the patients. If you go there to be seen as a patient, Dr. Hassan will ask what's wrong and provide you with medications very quickly without doing a physical diagnosis (he will not touch you). He doesn't do any phone consultations unless you go in and see him. (Unfriendly). When go there, you need to ask him serious questions about your health and the medications he provided to you and you judge from there.
