Dr. Grosman is one of the best doctors. She is very knowledgeable and the most important caring. She was my parents doctor for a long time. She always answer the phone in case of emergency. Visited my parents at their home after visiting hours. Always follow up with the treatment progress. She is great doctor and amazing person. Highly recommended.

The worst service I ever had. Firstly…. It took 4 day to call me back when I left voicemail. Secondary… no-one reminded the date of appointment and no-one told me about requirements about wearing mask in doctors office. Thirdly…. It’s impossible to contact doctor. When I came by my appointment time, her assistant told me that I have to wear mask if I wanna see the doctor, at the meantime both assistant’s mask was on their neck. So I agree it could be their police. But they should aware me before appointment. When I said I don’t have mask, so should I leave? One of them yes and another one offered me to go to the store and buy one. So I said I don’t want because I had heavy bags with me. So I left. I was so disappointed. And tried to contact doctor several times to let her know about this situation, but every time I was ignored by her assistants.
