I've been seeing Dr. Friedler did a few years, and saw her again today. I had to wait a little, but it was my own fault for being late; she came to the waiting room door herself while I was checking in to see if she had patients there, so she finished with them first. Anyway, when Dr. Friedler did come into the examination room, she spent a very long time with me. She thoroughly discussed every one of my issues and concerns, and varieties of treatments that included OTC solutions. She couldn't have been kinder or more informative. She also shared personal details that displayed her genuine empathy. BTW, I saw examples of her cosmetic work and it's stunning. Totally natural looking, not "done", but enhanced and refreshed. Even the lip fillers looked natural, and that's the acid test. I've never even considered injectables before because they usually look awful, but now? Strong possibility.

My doctor explained everything she did and was gentle and caring and professional. The nurses and receptionists all seemed to enjoy each other’s company so there was a positive, upbeat feeling in the office. It was the best possible scenario for a potentially dreadful procedure and I am grateful to all involved.

I personally was disappointed because there was a long wait despite my appointment, I was Informed the procedure I need is cosmetic only and that even though my health insurance told me my medically necessary botox needs were covered, that this wasn't true. (I have a chronic eye twitch.) I was also upsold a bleaching cream (which admittedly I DO need) but they were out of stock and lost the sale. The doctor was really nice but my experience was kind of lame. I don't see myself returning.

I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and never saw the doctor. They kept saying “she was coming” and that never happened. This is the first time I have ever visited this clinic and it was an incredible disappointment. And no apology whatsoever for wasting my time. Maybe the doctors are great. But the only way you can go here is if you don’t have anything else to do and don’t care about spending hours in a waiting room.
