I've been seeing Dr. Schneidermesser for 15 years and, more recently, her new partner Dr. Schatz. Both are great. In November I had foot surgery, had a plate put in my foot with four screws and it went very smoothly. No post-surgical problems, and no pain after the initial recovery. I've always received excellent care at the office. Both doctors are kind and always available to answer questions. The office staff is efficient.

Great podiatrist! I have complete confidence in her work. She takes the time to answer your questions and address your concerns. I never felt like she was giving me the "let's give this a try and come back if it doesn't work". She addressed my pain immediately and we did tests to confirm what the root cause of the symptoms are.

Dr. Schneidermesser is an incredibly capable doctor and a wonderful human being. I wish I could clone her so that she could become my doctor for all my medical needs. She has my trust, respect, and admiration.

I have no idea about the doctor myself, because I never got in to see her. I had to wait 5 weeks from when I called for an appointment, and not because of Covid-19. A week before the appointment, Marie in the office tried to cancel me; she said she thinks they don't accept my insurance. I told her this appointment was made 5 weeks ago and you did then. Please review with the insurance company and let me know. I told her I already have the referral and all from my doctor and insurance company, and you already said it was fine. Then after driving around for an hour to find a parking spot, I finally went in. I was greeted by a young man, the rudest person I had met in a medical office before. I bit my tongue because I was there for the doctor, but when he went over and above the call of being rude, I just had to walk out. Marie in the office tried to help, but the doctor didn't really want to waste her time to see me, because of my insurance, so this was her way to get rid of me . Too bad there are doctors like this, especially when the economy has become what it is.
