Dr. Marshall was an excellent provider. She is very kind, very compassionate and she listens very well. I felt like she paid attention to me and my story and I appreciated the care she took during our visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Marshall to my friends and family!

Dr. Marshall was very informative and despite the procedure being of a somewhat uncomfortable and sensitive nature, she actively communicated with me and made me feel comfortable during our visit. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

It’s a wonderful experience until you actually arrive at their dark depressing office. The waiting room was packed and despite the mask policy, there were a bunch of people without one on. Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment then was left to wait for over an hour with no communication from the staff. When I finally asked how long it would be, I was told the doctor was running behind and two people were still ahead of me. This is 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I asked for my co-pay back, which I was asked to pay upfront, all of a sudden they want to call me back. I got my co-pay back and found another doctor. An enormous waste of time
Edited to add Dr Marshall billed my insurance as if I actually saw her. Beware of this doctor!

Went with my mother for her appointment. Dr Marshall determined my mother needs a prescribed med. The medication was never sent to the pharmacist, so my mother called dr's office (that's an experience in itself): staff takes the message. Nothing happens. I call the office. Multiple times before I can even get someone on the phone. I speak to staff "yes, I'm so sorry Dr Marshall hasn't returned the calls, yes, this is urgent, I'll speak to her secretary and let her know this is urgent. I'm so sorry." NO RETURN CALL EVER. We are looking for another female urologist for my mother. Dr Marshall's nurse is very nice and does all the procedural work.
