Dr. Susan Klein

Dr. Klein is an excellent diagnostician. What could be more important? She never rushes a patient, listens carefully and with interest, and follows up on the next visit where you left off. Her staff is courteous and couldn't be more efficient. The office is quiet and keeps to a prompt schedule. I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Susan Klein.

Susan Klein has been my doctor for many years. Her nurse practitioner Wendy is just as proficient as she. I get my physical yearly from Wendy because she is so thorough and kind, and also available when Dr Klein is not. The office staff is consistantly the best I have ever encountered in a doctor's office. Dr. Klein absolutely hand picks these people for their friendliness and efficiency.

Dr. Klein is the most unique and concerned internal medicine doctor that I know. I have been seeing her for almost 20 years. She explains clearly and thoroughly what is wrong with you. If you need another physician she gives you great references to other physicians that can help. The office visit and the staff is very courteous and polite. She is truly a blessing if you have any health problems she is thorough and complete. Thank you Dr. Klein for all you have done for me with my physical health.

I have been a patient here for over 17 years. I never really liked the location it was outdated but liked Dr. Klein and Wendy because they were very knowledgeable. Last month I asked for a physical form to be filled out for a new employment opportunity and they did not open the door to me at the office and still haven’t filled out my form. Front desk staff are very unprofessional and rude.

Dr. Klein has been my doctor for about 15 years. I think she's thoughtful and thorough. However, I just called her office to make an appointment (not for something easy like an annual physical, but to address a new and hopefully temporary health problem) and got voicemail. The automated operator stated the office is currently open, yet I had to leave a voicemail and am awaiting a callback. Time to get a new doctor.
