Lady at the front desk is not good service. He talks to chat with others while I talking. She didn't explain carefully what to do next. One day i called her. She answer my 1st question. When I asked for 2nd question, somebody taking to her and hang up my phone. It is so rude. She didn't respect me. Update: I wait 2 and half hours to see the doctor. The front desk is very bias and unorganized. Literally, I came before the that person but Idk somehow they let that person go before me. It is so outrageous. Don't get me wrong, doctor is great but the some staff members are VERY BIAS!!!😨

Horrible experience! The office staffs has no manners, no courtesy and lacks compassion. Honestly they think just because they can speak in somewhat English better than their core patients (all native Bengali speakers) that they are superior. Their attitudes are as if they’re paying for your medical bills out of their own pockets.

Front desk staff is very rude. They talk to the patient like a boss. I called for appointment but talk too much and after she said in a very authoritative and rudely manner ‘if I want my medicine or not and hang up the phone. Dr should see their staff and treat them so they can speak to the patient nicely and politely. Again The staff need treatment.

If I could I would give a rating of zero stars I would but that is not an option here. Avoid them as long as possible. The staff is very unprofessional, and there were a number of things that were unacceptable just to list a few: Front desk receptionist did not wear a mask. Front desk personal was bad mouthing us in a different language, assuming that I did not understand them (although I did). after giving the paperwork from a City MD of negative COVID19 test results the doctor said they don’t mean anything the personnel refused to even take patients temperature, because she knew he was not feeling well, after insisting she agreed to bring him in and take a temperature without gloves, using an oral thermometer using a plastic cover, after the reading showed 100.2 she refused to touch the plastic cover and asked patient to dispose of it, rushed patient to immediately to leave to the waiting room personnel asked what is patient’s blood pressure, and they said it should have been checked at home although the doctor knew the patient was unwell he refused to see him, and called on the his cell phone while he waited in the waiting room, further the doctor said he shouldn’t have visited the office if he was not well, I assume no one visits the doctor for a social visit.... nor did we the doctor asked whether I can speak his language I assume he was not comfortable speaking in English the doctor asked what is patients O2 reading, we informed him we do not have that, he said you should have this equipment at home when the doctor was informed the patient has been having recurring fevers for the past few days, he said all he can do is prescribe acetaminophen It was by far the worst experience in a doctor’s office in my whole life. They have no empathy no professionalism; they could not advice what to do but rather caused further stress and anxiety. Honest warning do not go to this clinic, it is run by imbeciles. After getting prescription found out the person who called the patient who claimed to be a doctor, was a PA and his name is Mahbubur Rashid, PA.
