I have had 6 surgeries since 2015 and I had went to other physical therapies and had no results until I started going to Dr. Steven S. Moalemi. I started physical therapy at his clinic 4 months ago and it has been an excellent experience for me. I would truly recommend anyone who is looking for physical therapy to definitely attend. The therapist who has worked with me is excellent and she has helped me to over come some of my disabilities. They are patient and work with you on a one on one. I highly recommend this physical therapy.

I hurt my lower back several years ago at the gym about 4 years ago and could barely walk because of the pain. I called Dr. Moalemi's office right away and the receptionist fit into their schedule that same day. I received physical therapy after the doctor evaluated my injury. I continued to get physical therapy for several weeks until the pain disappeared. Thanks to Dr. Moalemi and his professional staff, I was back to normal and pain-free. I highly recommend Dr. Moalemi and his group of physical therapists.

The best doctor period! For years, I have increasingly been having back issues that were debilitating - pushing me to see orthopedic surgeons and neuro-orthopedic specialists for MRI's and X-Rays, along with physical therapy and ultimately advised for me to get surgery. A family member advised me before taking the surgical route to see Doctor Moalemi. He took the time to sit down and listen to me. The amazing thing is, he easily advised my back pains were due to my posture at my desk. He instructed me the proper way to be situated while at work, and literally in two days my pain was gone! His wisdom in the matter provided me the answer without having need a risky and costly surgery (which was not a guaranteed answer to my pain). I can imagine others would benefit from this post as they can obtain solutions to their pain as I did through Doctor Moalemi. Thank you Doctor Moalemi, you are a saint.

Dr. Moalemi is truly the best physical therapy doctor in NYC. I know him for a long time and I don’t know any other doctor who is better at what he does. I strongly recommend to visit him to all who are in pain.

Bad doctor , bad office, bad receptionists, I would not recommend this office to devil himself. This doctor Moalemi has NO experience how to handle workers comp case. When I called them first time to make my first appointment, they told me that they are so great in handle the workers comp cases but shortly after I found out that , they don't know much about how to handle the workers comp cases. Receptionist is too young and lied to me about being very experience with workers comp. I wasted my time there and got lots of aggravation with the doctor and receptionist. My first appointment was terrible because stupid receptionist canceled my appointment without notifying me. NO phone calls, no e- mails, no nothing, just rude attitude. My second appointment was even worse then first one. The ignorant receptionist canceled my second appointment again and NO notice of cancelation whatsoever ! And when I came there, they told me, they can't treat me because my appointment was canceled. I was surprised how rude and unprofessional receptionist was. Supervisor P Guzman threatened me to call security on me to throw me out of the building. I had bad spasm in my back and needed a little rest . Then doctor told me I have to go outside and come back after 30 minutes because they going to have a meeting. I was out side under the rain in spasms in my low back waiting for my appointment. When I came back after 30 minutes doctor still were at the meeting. I had to wait like an hour for him to finish his meeting. So why make an appointment if you having a meeting ? The Doctor clearly does NOT care about his patients. When I saw him , he did not say sorry for waiting or anything like that, instead he told me that I should find another doctor because they don't know how to get authorization from my case manager even so my medical treatment has been authorized by the WC judge two weeks ago. To make long story short, after being stood up twice and tons of aggravation and lies , I decided to find another medical office who accepted me without any hustle or discrimination. In conclusion I must say be careful of this Dr Moalemi . He has nice deceptive appearance but deep inside he useless careless doctor with cold heart. He did not care about my injuries, he did not heal me or help me, instead he disrespected me and rejected to treat me. He is money lover doctor and he is there not for you but for big dollars ! Don't go there, save yourself a time and aggravation.
