Dr. Honig spent an incredible amount of time and detail with me. He answered my many questions, and established an action plan for my health condition. Iris at the front was fantastic as well, offering kind and patience assistance.

I had a very positive experience in this office. The receptionist could not have been nicer, and Dr Honig was very thorough and explained things clearly. I would recommend this Dr. if you are looking for information or treatment for osteoporosis.

This review reflects solely on the billing process, not on the Doctor (who is awesome!). For the past month, I have been trying to pay the outstanding balance on a bill from Dr. Stephen Hoenig's office. Each time I call the billing number to provide my credit card info, I get voicemail and leave a message. After making numerous unsuccessful attempts to pay over a four-week period, I finally called the doctor's office directly. The person who answered the phone told me the number on the billing statement was incorrect and provided me with the proper number to call. When I asked if they would be updating billing statements to reflect the correct phone number, I was told that I could "take it up with them." Needless to say, this isn't the level of service I expected after a fruitless month of trying to pay a bill.

I did not have the opportunity to see the doctor, since previously I had to be treated by a rude assistant. disrespectful and arrogant, the same that treats patients as if she were the owner and doctor. A horrible and hostile deal. What a pity that the only one injured is Dr. Stephen because of the pity that surrounds him.
