The staff are very nice and helpful. The doctor in knowledgeable, listens to what I have to say, and was able to correct my problem where no one else was able to. Great place would recommend to everyone

I Was first appointment at 1:00. Doctor didn’t come in till 2:00 when there was 4 patients waiting. Dr finger was rude and didn’t listen what my complaints were. He also failed to believe me when I said I here diminished hearing in my right ear. He was shocked after he did a hearing test on me and saw that I had diminished hearing which is what I kept telling him. Also he stuck a scope up my nose after that he took the scope and rises it under plain water and hung it back up without sterilizing it

I just went to first appointment. Had few patients standing outside waiting for an hr. No one was in office. No cancel calls. Very unprofessional

During my visit, Dr. Finger didn't exercise any care when examining me. He wasn't explaining anything that he was preparing. So I asked "what's that you're putting on the swab" (the really long one-sided cotton swab), and he said, "don't worry about it." Then he just shoved it up my nose. (I realized it was lube because he followed the swab with a very narrow camera) I even let out a small scream from the shock of the discomfort. (I gusss the scream I heard from out in the waiting room should've been a sign) Even though I made it very clear I was uncomfortable he continued on without a care. He did each nostril in a rough manner, and didn't examine my throat.?? He ended up telling me exactly what I overheard him tell the patient before me: just get some Flonase from the drug store.??? I was rationalizing these things at the time, however it now seems pretty clear that he just wanted to rush the remaining patients out so that he could leave or something... I'm not even sure that he thoroughly cleaned the camera. CHOOSE ANOTHER DOCTOR.

Doctor shows no respect for his patients. Strolls into the office at 3:10 p.m. with a waiting room full of patients. No indication he was delayed. I have a 45-minute wait rule and left after that. Avoid this physician.
