I’ve been going to Dr.Franco since 2005! I live all the way in Jamaica Queens, he’s one of the best doctors I’ve been to. I don’t care about the wait and how busy it is. Doctor Franco knows what he’s talking about and he’s always on point. My twin sister was having flu liked symptoms one day and he saw her and he knew that it had something to do with cancer. He urgently sent my mom and sister to the emergency with his personal number and more so that they wouldn’t just hydrate her and send her home. He made them really check her out and sure enough my sister was diagnosed with stage 4B Haskins lymphoma cancer. Let me tell you Doctor Franco means so much to me and my family. He even sends written notes saying haven’t seen you in a while please come for a check up lol and I can always hear his voice just reading it. This man truly cares for his patients and I just wanted everyone to know that. He has great staff working the desk and nurses working with him in the back. People say it’s always crowded, yeah you know why because people know Doctor Franco is great at what he does and he’s definitely worth the drive from Queens to Brooklyn and I’ll wait however long I have to just to see him. Just wanted to say thanks to him for saving my sister and making sure we keep it together health wise.

I’ve been going to Dr. Franco since I was 12 years old! I’m 31 now lol The experience is over all great, just expect to wait. He is only one man seeing mostly everyone in that waiting room! Dr. Franco is the best! I love his “Dry humor” lmao!!! The women At the front desk can be a bit rude... I don’t take it personal though. That office can get hectic with so many people seeing only just one man. That should speak for itself! A lot of people trust In him and so do I. When I was diagnosed with cancer back in 2007, Dr Franco made several calls to make sure I was admitted to the hospital. The hospital wanted to send me home, saying I had a bug. Dr. Franco knew it was something more serious and I’m here today to tell it. The office is LGBT safe and cool. You won’t feel judged or looked down on. Dr. Francos daughter Elanora is cool as well, she works in the front. She is fluent in Italian , Spanish and maybe something else lol

CNA there are the best and other staff are professional as well making the visit enjoyable. But it seems that the receptionist has very distinct attitude problems she doesn't have paitence and doesn't answer the calls, when I go there I see she leaves the phone ringing so it's not only for myself. I'm not sure if it's more than one receptionist but it's definitely this one. Communication needs to be enhanced there and maybe a human relations course needs to be taught but otherwise the doctors there seem compitent. Although beware there is a wait depending on the time and season.

I went here one time when I had the Flu. The initial experience was alright, but expect to wait. The Dr. Franco was okay I wouldn't say there is anything special about him and he wasn't very thorough. The Nurse seemed to be the nicest person in the place and was very caring and was great at her job. The reception though has a very bad attitude. I ended up calling back about 3 weeks later to get my test results and kept picking up the phone and hanging up immediately. It took 4 calls before she actually answered and here greeting was a very annoyed "WHATTT?" and proceed to have a nasty nasty attitude through the entire entire 2 minute conversation. I would just stay away from the office as a whole. On another note, I have known 3 people that have gone here, and he tells you, you have a heart murmur (me included) so I sought out a 2nd opinion after of course no heart murmur, kinda just seems like a way to drive up cost. **Just Stay Away** The reception just pushed me over the top
