Dr. Charnes was a pleasure. At my first visit with her, she was funny and very thorough. I'm suprised to see so many bad reviews. I will definitely be back for my check up next year.

Love her! I've been going to her for 16 years. She has gotten me through my first pregnancy as well as the 5 miscarriages that happened after the birth of my child. She will always answer any questions. She can seem rushed at times - but all you have to do is say I have more questions and she will take all the time with you that you need (which is not the same that I have found with all doctors). The practice has some wonderful office staff that remember each patient. I highly recommend Dr. Charnes especially if you want a doctor who knows what you are going through, will look for the root of any problem, and will give you an honest answer without all the sugar coating - Dr. Charnes is direct and I appreciate a doctor who treats me like an adult.

Nothing has changed since Karen Fox's review. I was kept waiting in a stuffy small exam room, staring at a blank wall for 45 minutes!! I wouldn't mind waiting in the waiting room where I could be comfortable and read a book, but sitting in an exam room waiting 45 minutes for a doctor to show up is unacceptable. Dr. Charnes didn't even offer an apology. I show up on time and expect my time to be respected as well. I'm switching doctors.

Terrible experience I went there today because of my pregnancy and waited for three hours just to be told that I can’t be seen because my English isn’t good. This is not okay I’ve been to many doctors appointments and all the doctors used an interpreter over the phone. Or at least They could’ve told me a littler earlier instead of wasting three hours of my time. So dissatisfied with the service that they provided.

I have been a patient of Dr. Charnes for many years. I had an appointment today for a regular exam. I was put in an exam room and was still waiting for her 40 minutes later. I dressed and left. My time is as important as hers. This is unreasonable and unacceptable.
