Dr. Sing Chan is a good doctor. He is compassionate and caring for his patient. He spent time listening to your problems (not many doctors do that nowadays). I just had the endoscopy done at his clinic this morning. His entire staff is very attentive and nice. The procedure room is well equipped and clean. I felt very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr Chan to my family members. Thank you Dr. Chan and may God always bless you for your strength to treat many patients!

Dr. Sing Chan and his workers are the most wonderful gentle understanding people you ever want to go to. The colonoscopy you don't feel anything they're so gentle. I love my experience I would do it again.

Just had my upper endoscopy. It's nice to see the same staff who remember me from 3 years ago. Everyone performed their duties professionally. I had to wait a little but it is understandable because the doctor is a great doctor and they follow all the COVID infection control protocols. Will come back in 3 years!

Dr. Chen is great, he’s experienced and professional. But he is super busy. I waited over an hour at the front desk, and another hour inside the procedure room. I was informed that I was the next in-line to speak with Dr about my reports. Next in-line means over 40 mins wait in the office. Smart Tip: have them call you on phone for your reports (they do have that service) no matter if your the 1st person in line and save yourself some time.
