Posting on behalf of my mom who went to Dr. Simon's Li's office. She's been to many doctors before, but she's specifically called out Dr. Li for his exemplary service. She's very satisfied with his approach, bedside manner and hospitality. My mom had an eye infection for several days. Dr. Li prescribed medication for her and her infection went away quickly. He also explained insurances benefits to her clearly and followed-up with her. My mom is extremley satisfied with Dr. Li's holistic service.

I made an appointment for a double-yin test for my mother. Dr. Li is very professional and has high technical level. Because of her thin blood vessels, it has been difficult for her to draw blood. This time she took blood once and she said it didn't hurt at all. The test done at noon will get the report in the evening. Dr. Li also specifically instructed us how to upload files, very patient throughout the process, a true five-star service.
