Dr. Shelby Samuel

Dr. Shelby is one of the best doctors I've have ever had. Thorough, efficient and a great bedside manner. I work in a Gastroenterology office, so I know how hectic it gets sometime. The staff is phenomenal and work well as a team. I highly recommend Dr. Shelby, he's the best!

Good Doctor. I met him 2015 for colon exam and some years later again for Gi exam. Also, he has a very pleasant spirit and his place is always cleaned and pleasant.

I have had the pleasure to consult with Dr.Samuel and he is so down to earth and truly cares about his patients as people. Funny guy too. Clean office. Covid-compliant. I felt safe and cared for by him and his staff. I will continue to trust Dr.Samuel with my health.

What a such bad moment my mother and I had experience coming in for the first time to see Dr. Shelby. today sep 8,2022 The worker was so unprofessional with a nasty attitude which is very clear that she has no manners and don’t know how to treat people with respect, I really don’t understand how can this lady can be working at a doctors office ,where they have to deal with patients. This lady who was very unprofessional with a nasty attitude all she wanted was my mother to sign a bunch of papers without giving any type of explanation of what are those papers for when it comes to billing, when I ask her what are these papers for she came out with nasty attitude speaking to me like if I know how does a doctors office runs, she get mad just when it comes to questions there was no need to almost scream and talk really loud just for some answers and wanted my mother to sign the document without giving any explanation and she was immediately asking for the insurance card to charge the insurance for the visit right away, at that point this situation was very uncomfortable where are you asking some questions and you’re not getting answers and all she care is for the money she don’t care how you feel, if you are OKay or if you understand any type of documents it’s clear that she was very unprofessional, at this point my mother no longer wanted to be seen by the doctor she was feeling uncomfortable and wanted to leave the office right away moments later the doctor arrived and spoke with my mother he was very kind completely different so what we have experience with employee in this office. dr.
