I had an amazing experience as an intern. The doctor is professional and the staff are very welcoming and accepting. It is a great practice and their waiting time might be long but it is worth every minute.

Horrible attitudes toward patients (by staff, doctor is great). I made appointment for my diabetic mother for 10 am and she still didn't get to see the doctor even when it was 12 pm. We already told the medical assistant that she was shivering due to low sugar and needs to see the doctor soon and then she can go eat. However not only did the medical assistant not listen but even got cought sneaking in new patients in front of her. When confronted, the medical assistant not only not apologize but also was very disrespectful to my mom. Furthermore she even lied that the patient she brought in was someone who was booked before her, which was a lie since the people who were ahead of us already seen the doctor and left. This new patient's appointment was definitely not before us and more certainly didn't come before us as we came 2 hours earlier than our appointment time. My mom mentioned that they treats her this way often. I was seriously considering sueing but the doctor is very good and my parents likes the doctor so I'll pause that. But I hope the staffs has better training and a mentality of health care professionals since those types of behavior are unacceptable in patient care settings.
