Dr. Marchbein has been my dermatologist for 12 years. Over a decade ago, during an appointment made for an unrelated reason, Dr Marchbein spotted and skillfully removed an in situ melanoma that I didn't even know I had. It saved my life. Since then, she has provided the most amazing care in managing both my skin cancer history and other skin conditions that have arisen. She is so warm, so knowledgable, and goes the extra mile for her patients. Her office is beautiful and so well-run, appointments are never delayed, and she always spends as much time as I need answering any and all questions that I have. In a medical world where you often have to be your own advocate, Dr Marchbein stands apart in caring so much about her patients. There is no doctor that I value more in my life, and no dermatologist I could more highly recommend. She is THE BEST!!!!!

What can I possibly say about Dr Marchbein? Let’s start at the beginning. In 2012 I was recovering from an illness that required me to have many surgeries and the last one resulted in an allergy. So I made an appointment with my dermo office and met Dr Marchbein. She was stumped what was going on due to the nature of the allergy. So she called my allergist, my surgeon, my doctor and the company that made the device I had installed during the surgery. She also called me multiple times after hours to check on me. Note-this was the first time I met her. I guess what I am trying to say is if you want a doctor that goes out of her way to heal you, help you, go to Dr Marchbein. She has been my Dermatologist ever since. She is smart, caring, thoughtful, an amazing person and a wonderful doctor. She has a keen eye, a steady hand and a loving personality! You will absolutely leave a fan and friend forever!

I’ve been seeing Dr Marchbein for years and she is a brilliant doctor. She is without a doubt, the best Derm in NYC! Dr Marchbein has helped me SO much, both medical and cosmetic. Her expertise is unparalleled and I would never trust anyone else with my skin. Dr Marchbein truly cares about her patients and is compassionate, attentive and really listens. I recommend her to all my family and friends and wholeheartedly suggest going to see Dr Marchbein if you want the best care and transformative results. Also, her whole staff is great and her office is beyond gorgeous, so it’s always an all around amazing experience being there!

I have been a long time patient of Dr.Shari Marchbein, if I could give 25 stars I would! She is extremely skilled in all phases of Dermatology along with Cosmetic, I have had several cosmetic procedures done, some very intense & the difference in my skin is incredible, she has given me back my confidence & I will forever be her patient! She is the best of the best! Side note: She’s lovely, bubbly - you can’t help but love her, the attention she gives to all of her patients comes from a real passion for her “craft”, you will feel like you’ve known her a lifetime!, her office manager Gabby & the rest of the staff are lovely as well! I’m very grateful I found her!, don’t hesitate to become her next patient, she’s worth the wait!

This review has been MANY years in the making. Dr. Marchbein is compassionate, kind, and approaches your care with strategy, diligence and progressive, science-backed, plans of action. Not only has Dr. Marchbein been passionate about solving my chronic rosacea (after countless years of suffering), but she has been instrumental in the continuation of care, which will take me into the years to come. Dr. Marchbein is a rare find in health care providers- someone who cares from the heart, educates, and ensures that every angle is explored, while finding the right solution. I have never left her office with questions- only a path forward towards hope. I can’t say enough good things- only gratitude for finding her and her practice.
