Dr. Hasan is good doctor. He spends a lot of time watching his patients. Hasan is a very friendly man I am one of his regular patients. But he has to wait a long time here.

Ehh. Staff isn’t too bad but the wait time is insane. I went in for a normal checkup but was in the waiting room for 3 hours.... 3 HOURS!! They don’t have an appointment based system, everything is on a walk-in basis. It’s understandable to have a few walk-in appointments a day but this is a little bit out of hand. That’s the only reason for this rating. I haven’t had a bad experience with staff before though so I don’t have anything to speak about on that part.

One of the lady in the front desk is very rude. She doesn't have manners. Usually we see very long waiting time. Doctor Hasan is our family PCP. Usually he is a gentle guy. But despite of being our PCP, for only giving one sign on a tlc paper, (like - this person dosen't have any physical problem for driving) he charged me $20. I don't want to hurt anyone, but this is the fact.

I highly recommend if you are planning to choose this doctor as your HCP you should rethink your choice. This doctor does not take his patients seriously, he is the reason today my father is not with us, he failed to notice the littlest of thing that is done during a simple physical assessment and doesn’t take patients complains seriously! He did not find it urgent that my father was losing so much weight in such a short period of time or had a sudden loss of appetite, food started to taste bland change in sleep habits and long periods of sleeping etc. and not once did he think he should look further into WHY his patient was suddenly experiencing these changes or maybe he should of done a fully body work up including routine blood work! A lot of Bengali people I know choose to go to a doctor from the same background thinking that since that doctor is from the same country as them then surely they will receive the utmost great care and the doctor will understand them but unfortunately it’s NOT the case for this doctor. Now again this doctor failed to perform a simple physical assessment and all he had to do was auscultate my mother lungs and surely he would have heard crackles or rales which would have alarmed him and would have been able to prevent my mother from suffering for over 2 weeks now and she would not have had to end up in the hospital and come to find out she has pneumonia! This doctor does not know what he is doing! He also thinks it’s okay to tell patients their blood report results without properly explaining to the patient what the results actually mean LIKE A PROPER DOCTOR SHOULD DO! Which makes me question whether this doctor even cares about his patients cause from his acts it seems like he doesn’t! He’s just waiting to get sued with a medical malpractice lawsuit at this point! UNBELIEVABLE, SHAME ON YOU!

This office exhibits the stereotypical unprofessional behavior you’d expect from a Bengali owned office. The receptionist called my family twice, quite literally screaming on the phone that she will “cancel” our insurance if we do not set up an annual check up (during CoVID, when people are rightfully delaying check ups). Who calls patients at 10AM and screams at the top of their lungs? Bullies. As a health care professional myself, I can say the least that a receptionist has no such authority, let alone the right to speak to any patient in such a unprofessional way. However, all of their receptionists are this way - utterly incompetent in their manners towards patients. The office itself has providers who are not up to date with guidelines and are aware that their immigrant Bengali patients trust their provider 100% and have minimal medical knowledge, so the providers minimize their treatment since there is no accountability. The physician prescribed my father medications that exacerbated arrhythmia that my father is contraindicated to take based on his pre-existing conditions. Never mind that the medication itself is not recommended in updated guidelines and has not been recommended for over 10 years. The office itself is crowded, reeks, and has no efficient scheduling. Have an appointment? Expect to wait 3 hours in crowded, smelly rooms. Overall, I’m disappointed, but not surprised that this is the sort of ethics this office and its staff displays.
