The doctors are good and all, but one of the receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. And mind you the receptionist is the face of the business.

I was refered here by Dr.Waili he is a Dr.for diabetic, We met Dr.Shark was very nice and concern ask my husband keep record of pressure we did was running high, so he change medicine few times he ask him got chest pain NO have trouble breathing NO so said let's do Echo and Ekg another test GAVE THUMBS UP ALL GOOD....we were very happy. We knew nothing wrong cause we have Family Dr. who see my husband regular and she did EKG all was good her concern was sugar and pressure he needed to get sugar under control she gave him new blood pressure medicine that's how it all started...so I look up a good Dr. For diabetics he has stage 3 kidney disease we never knew so we came to this office to see Dr.Walil same office as Dr.Shaikh M. Ali Cartiologist told him pressure running high so he did change and added new medicine also ask My husband any Chest Pain my husband replied NO Shortness of Breath he replied No..... Before we saw the doctor we fill papers it was very crowed good sign to me hes a good doctor....before we were call I was observing it was a routine one room after another Ekg move next room wait for Dr. OK now we go in meet Dr. he was very nice talk about medicine and his pressure ask us keep record ordered EchoTest and Stres Test and then gave my husband new perceptions come back next week,we did Echo and Stress test....went see Dr. following week he said Echo great thunbs up nothing all clear. Husband was happy Stress test report not back ....I get phone call from a girl from his office and ask for my husband told her he's working ask if he can come I forgot day but said he's working well need make appt for angigram I said what I said let me call my husband it struck me whyyyy would secretary tell me usually ask you come in Dr. Like to discuss your stress test.... my husband was so scared nervous very unprofessional for secretary to tell you on phonee. Now we go see Dr. he's pointing here here got 2 blockages never saw picures nothing you will get a call from one of my associate so I ask your not doing surgery said no but he's a good dr. So we get call come in we go to North Shore on Community Drive Manhasset get ready still waiting see Dr. He comes meet us how are you husband says great .. Dr. Ask you got Chest Pain No ...Shortness of Breath NO. Dr.looks like why are you here ..so they go in Dr. Come's talk to me there no blockage he just shook his head.. my husband was in so much pain in his groin went in Tuesday went home same day all black n blue could not go back to work till Monday but he was in so much pain leg took awhile. So now husband goes in today having knee surgery needs medical clearance n copy Echo and Angigram secretary say''s he never had Echo I was telling her he did Dr. Gave him thumbs up so tell her give me letter saying he didn't I will call insurance company let them know Dr.comes out cause I am very upset he said give her theses paper's so I am standing there reading report patient came in complaining of chest pain shortness of breath I said that's lies he came for pressure why are you people lying for not true made him go through this cause of your lies ....PLEASE BEWARE READ AND ASK FOR YOUR REPORTS AND GET SECOND OPINION ALSO STRESS TEST 3 4 HOURS BUT THERE SUCH IN HURRY IT'S WAS DONE 45 MIN BE CAREFUL IT'S YOUR CHOICE SECOND OPINION IT'S THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT GOD GIVE US YOUR HEART.......

The doctors are good , but receptionist is rude and long wait time even if you have appt and they don’t care about appointment time so I guess you don’t need appointment JUST WALK IN but stuff is really rude really disappointed
