The doctor treats me ok but the problem i have is that I have a problem so I had a agency called to get a script approved by the doctor. The agency told me it was denied by his office manager that I had problems with prior. The doctor wasn't at the office the staff look and knew that I have a medical issue based on the medication the Dr. Prescribed and the manager still told them no. First the office manager is not my doctor to be making calls that he now's nothing about. I'm very disappointed with how they handled a script that I needed to be approved so that the agency could send me supplies on a monthly basis .

Horrible bedside manner! Unprofessional!! Kostko sends you to all kinds unnecessary blood tests/ X-rays etc and you will never get any results explained. Stuff members are unhelpful too. No interests to help patients. Never go there!!!
