Dr. Rickert is awesome and a great doctor!!! He operated on my 7 year old daughter. She had a 100% blockage due to her adenoids. After less than 1 hour of operation and recovery time she was normal breathing and 100%!!! We thank God for Dr. Rickert and his wonderful staff. We had an amazing experience and are forever grateful to Dr. Rickert, his staff and NYU!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!! THANKS 🙏❤

Dr. Rickert was awesome! He made my 5 year old feel very comfortable and safe in an uncomfortable situation for her. She couldn’t wait to see him for her follow up to thank him for “fixing” her. His staff was also great and truly kid friendly. Each visit my daughter got to pick a little rubber ducky and a treat. Great touch for the kiddos for sure!

My daughter had surgery with Dr Rickert, the experience was absolutely amazing! Dr Rickert and his staff were always responsive, timely, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Rickert’s expertise as a surgeon made me feel extremely confident as a mother, which helped ease the stress of the situation. Our experience with Dr Rickert is absolutely amazing, we can't thank him enough! Our daughter had to remove her adenoids and put in tubs , except of the fact that he is a super professional he made us feel so confident and explained us every step about the surgery, him and his assistant were very responsive to our phone calls every time we had a question, 2 years later my daughter had to remove an abscess from her throat, the surgery sound so scary to me but when i knew that Dr Rickert will be doing it i fully trusted him with my eyes closed and was sure that my daughter will be fine! And thank g-d everything went smooth! My husband and i are very thankful and highly recommend him !

Dr. Rickert was excellent with my 11 year old son. He needed a tonsillectomy and the care was wonderful from beginning to end. Dr. Rickert was patient and kind with him and addressed all our concerns with ease. The surgery went very well. NYU pediatric ambulatory surgical center and staff were top notch. As a doctor myself I was truly impressed with the overall care.
