Dr. Sandra Gilban

Dr. Gilban is one of the most intelligent, competent, calming physicians one could ask for. Never judgemental, always caring. Never watching the clock, her time is your time. It is rare, these days, to find someone who can explain complicated issues in an easy to understand format. If I were to build a doctor from scratch, Dr. Gilban would be my template.

Dr Gilban, takes the time to talk to her patients. She is very attentive, caring and an overall great doctor.

Dr. Gilban speaks multiple languages, is incredibly intelligent, takes her time with me and has always made me feel like I could have all of my questions answered. She is quite direct which some people may experience as 'blunt', I want the truth about what I need to do to take care of myself. Every referral to another healthcare provider has been excellent. Also, I admire that she supports students who are becoming Physician Assistants to do a rotation in her office to learn about Family medicine. As a social worker, I appreciate her being willing to spend time to teach a newby.

Kind, knowledgeable and direct with her verbiage. Good listener. Multi-lingual. Dr. Gilban often has a PA (physician assistanr) who is doing an academic rotation in her medical practice which demonstrates to me that she gives back to the medical community by being of service in academia. I admire her for this generosity of her time and talent with a student.
