An incredible doctor who cares for her patients and their families deeply. I have never had an appointment with Dr. Rifaat and walked away not feeling better. 5/5 doctor and human.

Scammer alert !!!! I Went in for a check up, she charged me a higher copay amount than what it said on my insurance card. Cash only **** she won’t take credit card payments . Front desk assistant told me I had to pay the copay amount on my insurance card . But doctor samia came out and said I had to pay a higher amount cash only . I paid it after waiting 1 hour & 40 mins , only because I needed my results asap . Also Gave me a hard time to give me my test results . Stay away from this place unless your a dog & even vets act more profesional than this .

I was given the wrong hour. I even was called by 10:15 to confirm my appointment. I was in the system scheduled for 10:25, but the doctor suppose to come in at 12. When I begun to so questions they begun to speak Spanish between them ( I don’t speak Spanish) First I was told not to worry I will be seen by another doctor which is in the office, then I was told I have to wait until 12. Because the doctor is a pediatric, I asked who made the reservation, and the response was “I don’t know” even though I provided time and date when I called to look up the shift schedule, nobody wanted to tell me the name of the employee. Avoid by all means.

She's been my family doctor over two years, She is a great doctor but she has to change her crew! I encountered couple of problems with this doctor's crew. The first one, I had a few times blood test but I was never informed about how was my health condition based on these tests. The second and most heart breaking one is I wanted to see her on 9/22 Monday, because I had a bad cough for a few days; After 2 hours waiting I was called to come to clinic. However, her secretary claimed that my insurance was expired so she told me that to talk with the guy who's been sitting in the waiting room, (He works for a special health care company). I think, The guy called the Ny state health department to get permission in order to renew my insurance however it took more than 30 minutes because of so many holds. I wasn't feeling good so I pleased her secretary if the doctor can see me right now, I told her it takes forever to renew it so I will renew my insurance today or tomorrow when I feel better. She asked for $60 for examination. I got mad and I left the clinic without getting examination Briefly, they have no respect to their patient and they provide very low class service. Certainly; because of her crew, I won't see her again.
