Dr. Salvatore Lenzo

I found Dr. Lenzo to be personable, caring, excellent bedside manner, fantastic sense of humor which helps. I give this wonderful physician 10 Stars out of 5 ! I was lucky to find him through no recommendation except letting my fingers do the walking like in the old time, letting my disabled fingers do the walking in the yellow pages ! He helped me with my severe carpal tunnel syndrome.

Procedure was ok, not the best but it got the job done. But then they asked me to walk literally across the city to deliver my own culture for a biopsy, without even bothering to check if the lab they were sending me to took my insurance. Got to the lab and found out they didn't take my insurance, called the Dr.'s office back and they were completely useless. Incompetent Dr. and dysfunctional, irresponsible staff. No patient care.

Gave me a brace without telling me that it might cost me money, than sent a bill of $200 with the excuse that insurance didn’t cover it. NEVER use this doctor if you don’t want surprise medical bills that then show up on your credit report.

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor's office. I was lied to and charged and sent to a collections agency after the office manager, Yolanda agreed on a lesser amount with me. Very unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I reported them to the BBB, and they reached out to them twice. There was no response from their end. It clearly shows that they know they did something unethical so they could make their money. It is not ok to bully a person into going to an appointment especially after they tell you that you aren't interested in a $300.00 consultation. Be careful with this office.

Simple trigger finger surgery resulted in crippling RSI, carpel tunnel, dequervain and cubital tunnel. He was dismissive of crippling nerve pain, refused to take responsibility, and kept me waiting all day until an entire waiting room of 25 patients emptied. Humiliation as a medical doctors tactic is not becoming. He then resisted completing the essential paperwork necessary to receive benefits. Stay away, don’t go, dangerous.
