Saw dr Cavaleri last year for some rapid heartbeats that freaked me out. He tested me out and reassured me that this was a normal occasional reaction to the copious amounts of coffee I was drinking. I had a follow up visit with him this year and everything is going great! He was very professional and genuinely cared about how I was doing

I found Dr. Cavaleri and his staff to be thoughtful, kind and welcoming. I would recommend this practice to friends and family if needed.

Went to this office at 332 E 14th St. Office administrator came out and said I need to leave credit card on file for office visit for common cold. Said they accept my insurance, Capital Blue Cross, but had to anyway. I told them I was uncomfortable with this because no doctor office ever asked me to do this in past. He said its no problem, I just have to pay for the entire visit up front. I left, felt like I was being scammed. Be careful of this office. Reported it to my insurance company as well.

Doctor, staff, everyone involved is careless. Even if you are diagnosed and found a condition/disease , you will be ignored or not instructed for further tests, unless you find out yourself and beg them to make you further tests.
