While the doctors and nurses here are nice they ALWAYS over book themselves. I had a 10:30am appointment and wasn't seen by the nurse until 12 noon and didn't finish with my visit until 1:30pm. Just horrible. I am not sure why they book like this but they need another practice because people can't wait their while day to maybe see the doctor. On this visit I didn't even see the Doctor I was here to see just the assistant physician.

I never met Dr. Kazeem, so I cannot speak to that but I visited the office yesterday and it was a horrible experience. The staff could not find my appointment because the online platform does not properly function. I waited and was told that I had to pay my copay BEFORE I saw the doctor. I have never in my life experienced this outside of a dermatologist and I found it to be predatory. I never saw the doctor as in my many exchanges I was told that I would meet with Dr. Kazeem’s assistant as the Dr. was not there. I did not make an appointment with an assistant and felt that I should have been told about his absence before I arrived. I left and would not recommend this practice to anyone. And they still have my copay!

I usually don't write bad reviews about places . But after what happened to me yesterday i feel like i need to write something. I have been going there for a while now and it's always the same long waiting period. But yesterday was the worst. It was the second time that I have rescheduled that appointment for the same reason ( long waiting period) . So yesterday, my appointment was at 1:15 pm and i showed up at 11:58 am . It was 3 pm and no one even triaged me. I had a bad stomach pain. Me and my 8 Year old daughter were starving because we stayed there for too long. One lady from the front desk was nice enough to check how many people were in front of me after i went and complained to them and it was 4 people. So i asked them to give me my blood test results back then I got up and left . I have low iron and i needed prescription for iron. My D-dimer was elevated. Now i end up in emergency room which i was trying to avoid. So it's getting extremely bad there . Why scheduling all these people when you know you won't even be able to see all of them. So it seems they are more about quantity than quality. 😡 I felt bad for all those older patients I saw there who were also complaining of feeling hungry and tired of waiting. Also i had to do some nerve test . I was in that room for more than 45 mins only to be told by the tech that the machine is not working 🤦🏾.

This Doctors office is down right horrible. The staff books appointments only to tell you the Doctor had an emergency when you arrive. Even thou I called prior to getting to my appointment. Today they claimed the doctors brother died last week it was another emergency and another relative died. I will definitely find another doctor if this place didn’t collect my labs I would not return to the follow up appointment. They cater to mostly minorities and the place is a mess. The Doctor obviously does not care about his patients.
