Dr. Ruma Sanyal

Dr. Sanyal is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable doctors I’ve had. She goes through your entire medical history with meticulous detail to make sure that she does not miss any potential health problems. The people in the front office aren’t always the friendliest, but this review and my scoring are a reflection of my experience of Dr. Sanyal and nothing else. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sanyal for many years, switching to others as needed due to changes in insurance. Dr. Sanyal is caring, thorough and has great follow up. She has a pleasant manner and a great sense of humor and stays up to date on medical information. She listens to her patients and I've never once felt rushed at the office.

since day that my sister in law took me to Dr Ruma Office, i have been satisfy with her experience and knowledgeable of her practice. i recommend her to everyone that is need of a good doctor.

Avoid at all cost. This review is especially for the front desk Bengali lady. She kept me on hold on the phone for over 15 minutes, just to hang up the phone on me. When I called back, she sounded pretty mad! Lady this is your job! I was giving her a name of a prescription that she wouldn’t understand even after spelling it out to her several times. When I asked her if I should call back later to check. She said ‘oh my God, this lady’ and hung up the phone again! I’m a very patient person, and rarely give bad reviews to anyone, but I had only bad experience over here. The doctor will want to do most tests (ultrasound) in her facility, even if you have to wait several weeks, because her technician comes every two weeks. Why not just let your patient do the test from elsewhere if they can do it faster!! I could have totally ignore this if the person at front desk had some manners. She shouldn’t be working there if she can’t handle her job right!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would, I was an employee for about 4 years here, this place is the WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER! BE CAREFUL PEOPLE PLEASE, they do a lot of illegal things in this office and they charge you for things they shouldn't charge you for! To top it all off, they talk terribly about their patients, they make fun of them and never want to see them! They exploit people and use them! I can tell you 10000000 things more Go somewhere else! 👎👎
