Dr. Rui Er Teng

Dr Teng is very nice and totally understand the feeling of her patients and very friendly. I love my Doctor she is so nice I have no words to explain how nice is she. Her staff is also very friendly

Dr. Teng is a nice and good doctor. The front desk staff are friendly. They accept walk-ins.They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment the day before which is nice. Be sure that your health insurance is active because they will turn you away if its not. The only reason I give it a 3 star is that the wait can be long depending on what time you come in. She is the only doctor at the office in a very busy neighborhood. Also there are times when she is not in the office which can make it inconvenient sometimes but they have signs letting you know ahead of time which days she will be out.

She is a person who care about money a lot. Very aggressive for money. No medical ethics at all. She has a lot of patients now. So She will not pay more time for any single patient. Don't go otherwise u will regret

Charges money for every single little thing like when I called them to ask for my medicine it was a 2 minute call but charged me a huge amount of money. The wait is also very long. The way the doctor talks is rude.

My girlfriend came here because she was sick. The day before we came we called to make an appointment. They said we couldn't, but we can walk in. After we went in we waited over a hour to see her and another guy came in after us, but was seen before her because he had an appointment that we, so happened, cannot make. She also needed her physical so she didn't eat breakfast and decided to do it the same day. After she starved and finally saw the doctor for the physical, she refused to prescribe her medicine even though she was sick which is the main reason for the visit. The doctor even admitted to my girlfriend that she wouldn't get paid twice if she prescribed the medicine and we have to come back again. Doctors who put money before their patients are just terrible. Horrible service! I personally have never experienced such bad service in the medicine industry.
