I met Dr. Moskovich this week. What a pleasure! He is the most gentle, thorough, understanding, intelligent, kind, sweet, soft spoken doctor!!!! I had a conversation with this doctor. They told me they were in the process of accepting Aetna and charge me $500 cash consultation fee which I payed in full after appointment. They also then collected $300 from my insurance. I believe this is called a fraud.
