Maimonedes Medical Center is well known for treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Center is not very spacious yet provides quality services and employment to surrounding communities. Pediatric ER lacks enough space but still provides effective service. Doctors, nurses, administrative staff and technicians were super friendly.

To long of a wait for diagnosis. Dirty exam areas. Small medicine cup was on bed frame. Doctor drop a ear exam cap on floor and left it there. If someone slips on it can cause injury. Careless people. Plus they(the nurses )bump into you and don't say sorry. Unprofessionals

Honestly the one star is for the nursing staff here. They are kind and helpful. Highly over worked due to short staff but they manage. That said, medical treatment here is absolutely horrendous! My grandmother had different doctors give her different directions for the same procedure in the last few days. 90% of the time no one knows the answers to your questions. Seems like charts are hardly updated and absolutely NOONE COMMUNICATES! Would I recommend anyone come here absolutely not!

I can’t give less then a star or I would have , my dad went here on emergency for a bowel obstruction on March 7th 2022, he was dead on March 19th 2022. The care here from doctors is terrible , and before his death his cell phone was stolen , they were removing fluids from his stomach for almost 2 weeks , when they should’ve done an emergency surgical procedure , my father is dead cause of there incompetence, he was fine a week before and talking to me , the doctors here do not care !!! They care about there paycheck and so does the hospital administration, I remember a time when doctors actually did care and would go above all means to save a life , my dad was 65 and had more years to share with us . I don’t recommend this hospital if you want to live.
