My wife went to Dr.Roland's office for annual preventative checkup. She emphasized it's a regular annual checkup and preventative, not the diagnostic type going to our deductible. However, she was sent to few places with imaging/testing services charging us nearly a thousand dollars. My insurance company and me were calling the office, and the front desk lady was still insisting we didn't need to pay anything, and asked us to talk to billing department directly. When I called the provider, and they requested me to pay and told me what Dr.Roland's office said was totally wrong.
