I was referred to Dr. Borkowsky with something that my PCP and I believed was urgent - she took me me in the same day and ensured that she would do everything she could to make sure I would be fine. Patients like myself look for reassurance from their doctor regarding whatever is affecting them can be treated, and she stuck to her word. She went above and beyond to prescribe me medication for pickup that same night, kept in touch with me regularly, and ,most importantly, treated me. Highly recommended!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Robin Borkowsky since November. I’ve had terrible acne since I was a teenager, with it clearing up through the years, but making painful comebacks each time. I went in knowing what treatment I was seeking and she totally understood and has been working with me since. She listens to all my concerns and informs of everything I need to know. Her staff is great, including Lynn. They make sure my prescription is handled in a timely manner. Sometimes the wait can be long, but honestly she takes her time with her patients and I rather that , than someone who rushes. Also, want to add that my mother was having skin issues and after seeing 3 different doctors, Dr, Borkowsky was the only one who was able to diagnose and treat her and has been great since. I highly recommend her. Update: I have finally finished my treatment and my skin is great. I haven’t had break outs in more than 6 months. I plan to continue seeing this doctor to maintain my skin.

Dr. Borkowsky Rubell is very knowledgeable and thorough in her exams. She is personable and easy to talk to. I get a skin check yearly and Dr. Borkowsky Rubell knows my chart well and has followed my progress for years. I have been a patient of hers for 15 years and I appreciate the personalized approach both the doctor and her staff take.

I have been a patient of Dr. Borkowsky for years and refuse to go anywhere else despite moving around the city. She is thorough & professional and has a warm & friendly bedside manner. I feel very comfortable with her. She pays great attention to detail and is willing to give product recommendations but is NOT overly pushy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a competent, ethical and pleasant dermatologist experience.

I've been having the worst luck with dry skin this winter, so I finally caved and figured it was time to find myself a local dermatologist. The only problem I found was that apparently everyone else has the same idea. I had a couple of recommendations from friends, but the availability was over into mid-February. Um yeah. No can do. Dr. Borkowsky is on ZocDoc, so it was super easy to hop over and see if she took my insurance and when she had some openings. I saw some good reviews and an available slot only several days later. I only had to wait about 15 minutes before she was able to see me. She was very warm and friendly and was able to knowledgeably assess my issue. She also gave me some great recommendations of over the counter face cleansers and moisturizers. I'll admit, I originally hesitated from booking with Dr. Borkowsky as she looked really young and I didn't know how much experience she might have. I looked at her credentials and figured I'd give her a shot. I'm glad I did. Don't make the same mistake I almost did!
