Dr. Zambon is always efficient and attentive. The office is clean, he is flexible with appointments. The nurse is always responsive and in good spirits.

I scheduled through ZocDoc and the office said they didn't have access to the insurance paperwork I'd already submitted through the site, nor did they (like other docs on ZocDoc) contact me prior to the visit. That would have been fine, except that I didn't realize I had to call insurance and have my primary care recoded for the visit...that wasn't an option for reasons I explained. It's definitely possible that I misunderstood something (and in fact, I assume I did!) but I haven't had access to adequate medical care in quite some time and was pretty much immediately dismissed. Docs don't seem to understand that when a patient seems difficult, they may be someone who is routinely denied help or explanations in medical settings. It's not smart or ethical to dismiss people for being difficult, 'do no harm' applies to people you don't like or can't treat.

Hole in the wall ! The receptionist is rude, no customer service skills! The Dr. is extremely nonchalant.. shows no concern. My blood work took a week to come back and then I asked for std screening that the doctor said he ordered and never did which I figured being that no one took my urine. He then tried to blame it on the lab who never did my screening when his office never took the urine from the beginning. Definitely Money hungry . Run the other way!

This man is clearly a scam artist . I scheduled an appointment on ZocDoc, and received an email confirmation. When I got to the appointment almost an hour early his receptionist for one was super rude and stated she had to leave and walked out while I was waiting to sign in, super rude, along with the other Two young ladies who were sitting up front. On top of that one lady stated that I could only pay my copay in cash (suspect) . So, I had to go to the ATM machine to get the $30.00 copay. Who doesn't take debit cards in 2018????? Nevertheless, once I returned with my copay the doctor stated he didn't see my appointment in his system,( I had the email confirmation) and he could only see me if I paid a copay of $1,000. Excuse me??? I called my provider, who also told him my regular doctor visit copay is ONLY $30 which he clearly didn't want to comprehend and was looking to take my money. I left and went to another doctor who seen me right away with my $30 copay that was stated on my insurance card. Please don't go to Dr. Roberto Zambon. And, if you do please make sure he is charging you the correct price for your visit.

Roberto is very discriminatory towards women of color. He is condescending, dismissive, and will not give you a direct diagnosis. Furthermore, when questioned about an ailment possibly being linked to Covid-19, he scoffed, and never gave a verbal response. If you are a woman of color please do not visit this practice.
