I had problems urinating , and Dr Granato found an obstruction . He did a procedure, cleared it , and now I'm virtually back to normal . I love the receptionists they're great .

I'm a patient, I call 22 times and all thos3 times someone hang up on me.. this is not a professional way to treat your patient's. And at the end they cancel my surgery 3 days before, I get the days off from work already, that's definitely not a proper way to get patients. I'll will never recomend or go again to that place... If leaving a review were a zero I'll give them, cause that's what's they deserve a big Zero... Unprofessional staff..

While the doctor was polite, the complete lack of coordination and horrible waiting times (I was taken in over 1.5 hour after my scheduled time) made the experience horrendous and overly stressful. For my follow up appointment, I was trying to return the call for the details, and despite of calling over 15 times throughout the day, I was not able to leave a message and they never called back. Needless to say, I will find another doctor. The lack of coordination is notorious, and by all means, cruel and unacceptable. Never again.

During this pandemic, my 80 year old dad spent over an hour waiting to get attended when he already had set up an appmt. Although, social distancing is practiced and masks are required to enter this place, they are doing a poor job managing the schedule and possibly illegally overbooking senior citizens.

This is the first review I’ve ever written but I really felt the need to share this. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office at any level. From the front desk, medical assistants and especially the Doctor this place is a complete Sh!t show. Where do these ppl get their training! I mean it’s beyond training it’s really a lack professionalism … the staff and Doctor really have no people/social skills. The level of arrogance and entitlement I got from the doctor left me in absolute disgust!!! The office is in disarray and very unorganized. If you want to get In contact with the doctor you’re better off sending a messenger pigeon than making an actual phone call- they never answer the phone! If your having medical issues you want resolved without any headaches or frustrations, Don’t waste your time and peace of mind with this Circus of a Doctor🤡 Im definitely NOT going back!!!
