Doctor Valenzuela is easily one of the most professional and caring doctors. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable in his specialty. He will take the time to explain your medical issues in great detail and offer the best possible solution. His charisma and bedside manners are unparalleled. One can’t be in better hands.

I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth. My birth hospital was the Leroy Sanitarium 70 years ago in midtown Manhattan. (Google it and you'll know what I'm talking about). Through the years I've had the best doctors in New York. My enlarged prostate was causing me serious problems. (That's about all I knew about my condition) I was a day away from having a procedure called "REZUM". I get a call from my Urologist who was told he did not have hospital credentials to do the procedure on my prostate. My Urologist recommended Dr.Robert Valenzuela who taught him the "REZUM" procedure. Within 5 minutes of my consultation with Dr. Valenzuela I learned more about my condition then I had in the last 10 years.Dr. V. determined I was a good candidate for the procedure, We scheduled the REZUM for the next week. I never had more confidence in an invasive procedure then I felt from Dr. Valenzuela. The procedure went exactly as Dr. Valenzuela told me it would. His office runs like a well oiled machine. Has a bedside manor that is few and far between Dr. Valenzuela is the best doctor I have ever had!!

The front desk at the location on Washington Heights is awful to say the least. The girl need to finds another job, she is so unfriendly and rude. From the moment she answers the phone to when you see her in person. Don't understand how she still has a job there.

The Doctor is excellent but the customer service at the reception is terrible; if you call you have to wait up to 30 minutes on the phone and the treatment of the receptionists is not pleasant
