We saw Dr. Mucciolo a few times in the last couple of months. Each time he seemed underprepared. 1. One time I was scheduled to do cystoscopy but he failed to read my ultrasound report until right before he came in the room. He then realized that I MIGHT have a kidney stone and decided not to do the procedure anymore, even though all equipment have been prepared and I was already undressed. 2. During each follow up appointment to review the test results he was unprepared. He had no clue of the reason for the visit or reviewed the test results beforehand. We had to thoroughly read the report ourselves and come up with questions: is this line normal? what does this mean? should I be concerned about this? look this number is elevated what do we do? He normally gave vague answers and rushed the appointment. I have never been in the same room with him for more than 3-5 mins. He didn't let me finish my questions and always ready to walk out any minute. 3. If there is anything indeed concerning on the report but does not fall under his specialty, he will not mention it. On my latest report there was a finding needed further conversation with my PCP, he did not flag it until I brought it up. Staff in his office are all very nice though. Unfortunately I cannot recommend a doctor just because he has nice staff.

Yesterday I went in for a consultation and it was at least a 5 to 8 minute talk with the doctor. Felt as if I just got brushed off he put me on medication for three months and sent me home. I was expecting for him to send me to do test and lab work before putting me on anything. Just a horrible place honestly not worth going too.

This guy is the worst. Does not do right by his patients. Only concern is $$. There’s a reason he’s got such a poor rating.

The doctor was decent, but the girl who is either his assistant or works the desk, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to follow up on my blood work results, since they never called me to discuss it for some reason; she was the one I spoke to and was laughing on the phone , and looked at my blood work and literally made a rude joke about it. I was extremely embarassed and never returned. Do not subject yourself to this unprofessional enviroment.
