Wonderful doctor and staff. Spends a lot of time we you to go over your questions and us very caring. I’ve also found referrals to other doctors to be good.

Dr. Fafalak has been my doctor for over 20 years! I always feel confident about any health issue I may be experiencing after my visit with him. I trust him completely!! Some patients say it's a long wait before you see him. Honestly, if you want a doctor who is thorough, listens to your every need ,explains, referes, and doesn't rush you...then he's the right doctor for you! I don't want a doctor that treats me like I'm at an express line at the market, and neither should you! His staff are great! Stephanie, Jennifer, and Julie are helpful & friendly! You deserve a doctor who cares! That's Dr. Robert G. Fafalak.

Dr. Fafalak has been my physician since 1998. I am truly grateful to have this dedicated and caring doctor as my health care provider. He has done an incredible job at monitoring trends in my health profile to diagnose abnormalities over the years. He has provided me with strong referrals to other health professionals. I am grateful. I am in excellent health as a result of his care.

Had an hour wait for my appointment. He was generally nice during the visit and so was the office staff. The bill was incorrect, including lab work that I did not have. He also billed for two office visits which I did not see him at all. I will not be going back.

There comes a point when the repeated inability to reach office staff on the phone, or to get a call back, or to get a reply to an Email, or to have a discussion about labwork.... all of it overshadows the competence of the doctor. I understand others' frustrations about wait times, but that's common for doctors. But I've never experienced such an indifference to responding to paying customers/patients days later, and after 1, 2, 3 follow-ups. The doctor has been made aware of these issues by me, and has reasonable enough situational awareness that if he doesn't hold his staff to a higher standard, it means he doesn't perceive this behavior as a problem either. As a result, he has lost my confidence, and my business. There are plenty of qualified doctors out there. Buyer/Patient beware.
