Here's how my visit went. My son had an ingrown toenail that was very painful. I called and I was told to go in right away by an extremely friendly staff. I live four blocks from the office so I was able to go in rather quickly. Dr. Castelli was extremely friendly which put my son at ease with the procedure. My son was treated and we were out within the hour. I highly recommend this office for your Podiatrist needs.

the young ladies that work at this office are very sweet nice always professional when you call and when you have to go in for Doctors visit they really treat you nice and are concerned about any discomfort or issues that you may have. I had surgery on Oct 25, and the Doctor was very attentive and staff was very considerate polite and very attentive also. recommend this office and it staff very highly.

Dr Castelli is an excellent podiatrist. His staff is very friendly and always try to accommodate each patient's schedule. The custom orthotics I received are great quality and have helped me tremendously with my active lifestyle. The office can get very busy because the Doctor is in such high demand. I recommend calling a week ahead to make an appointment.

The front desk especially the Indian lady is very rude. She does not know how to speak to people and her customer service sucks. She should be replaced as she does the business no good! Very rude … disgusting person!

Great doctors, Dr. Lee made me feel so comfortable. The receptionists have horrible phone etiquette. Every time I called to make an appt both of the receptionist had horrible attitudes and made feel as if it was a burden to call and schedule. When being put on hold neither of them ask politely if they may do so instead kept me on hold for nearly 3 minutes. Calling to confirm the appointment was also a headache. The receptionists are face of the office and it's a shame they displayed the practice so poorly.
