The best! I live in NJ and decided to go to the well accredited Dr. Saini and I did no wrong. Went for facial allergic reactions, acne marks and KP issues and with her expertise she was able to provide resolutions for all these issues. Everyone at the office is kind and welcoming. I’m happy with the investment I made not only with my skin but also my mental health!!! Thank you Dr. Saini

I've never written a negative review before, but I had a really poor experience at NY Medical Skin Solutions. Despite showing up early to fill out paperwork, I waited a solid 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. When I was seen, it felt like my concerns were dismissed/not taken seriously. I felt very rushed, although Dr. Saini did take time to ask me to be sure to write a review online and to sell me some moisturizer sold in the office. When I had problems with my prescription, it took more than five weeks of me calling Dr. Saini's office 2x every week to have the office change the prescription to another brand. At the end of it all, they told me there wasn't a comparable brand, and just buy something over the counter. While the staff was kind, it was overall a very negative experience and I won't be going back.
