Dr Hoffman has been treating me since I was 12 years old...almost 40 years and in that time, he’s the only doctor that I have ever been to that actually listens to you when you speak! He also is the only dr that actually CARES about each of his patients!! He is a genuine and (sometimes brutally) honest dr who tells it like it is! He’s also the only dr that has ever been able to help me and properly diagnose any problems you might have! All I can say is he is the best!!! 😊

Let me start by saying that I’m not eating the Doctor himself as I never got a chance to see him. I’m rating the office as they NEVER EVER pick up the phone line. I tried multiple times to call to make an appointment, left messages and no one reached out. Actually one called me back 4 hours later and put me on hold for 40 minutes. No jock 40 minutes on hold that I had to hang up. Called again twice and left messages, and no surprise, no answer. If you get a chance to be successful to make appointment, lucky you. I have to go find someone else with staff that actually do their job by answering the phone and take care of patients. Obviously, they have staff that hate their job and have no care for patients. They wouldn’t appreciate that themselves if they try to get an appointment to themselves or their family member. I was trying to see a doctor for medical issue and not to go have dinner with them. Very disappointing and frustrating. I will be sure to communicate that to North-well healthcare system and Joint Commission for poor patient care.
