He is the best thing that can ever happen to your feet ! secretary is very nice, sweet and organized. He does a very good check up to your feet, I had a BIG issue in which I had to get surgery done and he transfer me to another great doctor. He is very friendly, communicative and helpful. I had to go back for the arch inserts and they are well made as well. You can't go wrong with Dr. Belli he is very honest when explaining the results and knowlegble of his field. I highly recommend him.

I am a former patient of Dr. Belli. He and his staff were always so kind, thoughtful, caring and respectful. He is very thorough and never rushes you out the door. I cannot find anyone like him in the Boston area.

Fabulous! My son went here for a broken heel, and the doctor (and other staff!!!) were always respectful. They accommodated me for times/dates and appointments as best they could, and now today I have a piece of something stuck in my heel, and I called them - and they are fitting me in today! Great job- keep it up.

Dr. Belli is a personable doctor who takes his time with patients. I have had a terrible experience, however, with trying to get the necessary information for my necessary MRI. First the prescription wasn’t issued with the information required for Hospital for Special Surgery. It was missing the the body part, and the IDC number, requiring another prescription to be written. Then his license (which is current and up to date) wasn’t showing current in some necessary database (not sure if that is his offices issue or not). He did work to immediately send me a copy of his license. Then his office apparently didn’t respond to my insurance company for a week and still counting to provide medical records & X-ray required to get my authorization for an MRI. When I called to follow up I was told they cannot release my records (even to me!)because they aren’t authorized to by Dr. Belli, that “he is old school and does everything by paper.. and is on vacation for 2 weeks so I have to wait.” When I pushed back they then said they would “try and contact him.”
THESE ARE MY MEDICAL RECORDS. I NOW MAY HAVE TO PAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL DR AND EXAM. RIDICULOUS & UNNECESSARY
